Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

You can cancel a Sygmare subscription at any time. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no need to call anyone.

This document describes how the Sygmare service actually works and is written for transparency, not as legal advice. Sygmare is currently operated as an independent project and is not yet registered as a company, so no trade name, tax identification number or registered address is stated. Those details will be added here once the entity is registered, and the document will be reviewed by a qualified legal professional.

1. How to cancel

  • Sign in to your Sygmare account.
  • Open Settings → Billing.
  • Select Cancel subscription and confirm.

If you cannot access your account, email support@sygmare.com from the address registered on the account and we will process the cancellation for you.

2. Cancelling during the free trial

Cancelling before the end of the 14-day trial means no payment is taken. Access continues until the trial end date.

3. Cancelling a paid subscription

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made after that date.

4. Confirmation

We send a cancellation confirmation by email. If you do not receive it, contact support@sygmare.com so we can verify the status of your subscription.

5. Your data after cancellation

Your business data remains available for export while the paid period is still running. After the account becomes inactive, data is retained for a limited period so you can reactivate, and is then deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing support@sygmare.com. As a rule, data is kept for 30 days after the account becomes inactive and is then deleted.

6. Reactivating

You can subscribe again at any time. If your data has not yet been deleted, your workspace is restored as it was; otherwise you start with a new workspace.

7. Downgrading instead of cancelling

If you only need fewer features, you can move to a lower plan instead of cancelling. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

8. Refunds

Cancellation and refunds are separate. See the Refund Policy for when a payment can be returned.
