How billing works
When am I charged?
After the 14-day free trial ends, the plan you selected is charged for the first billing period, and then at the start of each following period.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Payment methods
How you can pay
Card payments are being prepared. Meanwhile, subscriptions in Peru are collected by Yape and activated after a quick manual check.
After you create your account, the Subscription page inside your workspace shows the exact amount for your plan in your local currency, the Yape number to pay it and a short form to report the operation code. We verify the payment and activate the subscription, normally within 24 hours on business days. You always receive the plan you selected — the amount is taken from our own price list, never from the form.
Card and automatic renewal through our payment provider will be added as an additional option; manual payment will remain available.
