Is Sygmare cloud-based?

Yes. There is nothing to install. You access your workspace from a browser on desktop, tablet or phone, and your data is stored on our hosted infrastructure.

How does the free trial work?

New accounts get 14 days of access at no cost. No payment is taken during the trial. You can cancel at any point before it ends and nothing is charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. See our Cancellation Policy for the full details.

What happens after the trial?

If you do not cancel, the plan you selected starts and is charged for its first billing period. After that it renews automatically each period until you cancel.

Which payment methods are available?

Subscriptions will be processed through our payment provider, which supports major debit and credit cards. Checkout is not active yet; the available methods will be shown at checkout when it goes live.

We use encrypted HTTPS connections, hashed passwords and access controls, and you remain the owner of the data you enter. We do not claim any formal security certification, and we will not state one until it has actually been obtained.
