Refund Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
This document describes how the Sygmare service actually works and is written for transparency, not as legal advice. Sygmare is currently operated as an independent project and is not yet registered as a company, so no trade name, tax identification number or registered address is stated. Those details will be added here once the entity is registered, and the document will be reviewed by a qualified legal professional.
1. Free trial first
Every new account can use Sygmare for 14 days at no cost. No payment is taken during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged and there is nothing to refund.
2. Refund window after the first charge
If you are charged for your first subscription period and Sygmare does not work for your business, contact support@sygmare.com within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. This applies once per account.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, because cancellation is available at any time before the renewal date and a renewal notice precedes yearly renewals. If a renewal was charged in error or you were unable to cancel due to a fault on our side, contact support and we will review the case.
4. Billing errors and duplicate charges
Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts and charges after a confirmed cancellation are always refunded in full once verified.
5. Service unavailability
If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault attributable to us, contact support. We will assess a proportional refund or a credit for the affected period.
6. What is not refunded
- Partial periods after a mid-period cancellation, since access continues until the period ends.
- Periods already used beyond the refund window described above.
- Accounts suspended for breach of the Terms & Conditions.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@sygmare.com from the address registered on the account, including the charge date and amount. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
8. Statutory rights
This policy does not remove consumer rights that apply in your country. Where local law grants a broader right of withdrawal or a longer refund window, that right applies and takes precedence over this policy.
